In a world where the loudest voices often dominate, many of us have experienced moments of feeling unseen. It’s that unsettling sensation of invisibility, where our efforts, emotions, and presence seem to go unnoticed or unappreciated. This feeling can creep into various aspects of our lives—at work, in relationships, or even within ourselves. However, it is important to recognize that feeling unseen is not a reflection of our worth but rather a call to turn inward, reconnect with our inner light, and reclaim our sense of self.

So where do these feelings stem from? For me feeling unseen stems from being a fatherless daughter. As in the first man to break my heart without the understanding of why? It also stems from unspoken expectations and societal pressures. We have all been guilty of comparing ourselves to the lives of others in social media. It is easy to slip into the belief that our value is defined by external validation. However, this external focus can disconnect us from our true selves, leaving us feeling empty, loss and unseen.

This sense of invisibility often leads to a cycle of self-doubt and anxiety, eroding our confidence and self-worth.So what if, instead of seeking validation and recognition from others, we turn our focus inward, nurturing our own well-being. When we feel unseen, this becomes the perfect opportunity to turn inward by nurturing our souls and embracing our authentic selves. A reminder to self that our value isn’t dependent on others. Instead, it’s about honoring our journey, finding peace within, and shining our light, whether the world notices or not.🧘🏾‍♀️🌹☮️
